Flexography is the oldest printing system we offer, with over a hundred years of history. At TLF Graphics, flexography is a diverse, capable, and vital segment of our business. We have a variety of options available for fulfilling our customers' individual needs, starting with printing and going through to finishing.

On the print side, we can print between one and eight colors in a single job, on webs up to 11" wide. Water- and UV-based inks are available for use in our facilities, with both process colors and a vast library of PANTONE spot colors. On-press configurations can range from up to eight spot colors or four-color process and up to four additional spot colors. Additionally, our flexography segment is capable of printing on both sides of a substrate.

Line die-cutting is available, with an inline rewind for removing extra material, leaving only your labels, the backing, and the adhesive between them on the finished roll for delivery. A variety of finishing options are also available, including flex embossing, cold foiling, fan folding, as well as outputting the finished product as rolls or in sheets.
