Screen Printing is one of the most popular printing options at TLF Graphics. Many of our customers come to us for our skill and history with durable, high quality screen printing. So we realize each of our customers' individual needs will differ, from job to job and from customer to customer. As a result, we have assembled a wide range of options for our screen printing customers over the course of our history.

On the print side, we can print on sheets up to 30" by 40" multicolor on in-house printing units. We feature PANTONE color-matching and can print on substrates between 0.002" and 0.5" in thickness. Some of the available substrates include plastic, Plexiglas, and paper. Additionally, we have Lexan available for such uses as graphic overlays (also known as overlay panels). Lexan is often used on machinery, where instructions are often printed on the machine's operation.

Die-cutting is available, including thermal die-cutting, along with a number of other finishing options. Some of the options at TLF Graphics include hot and cold embossing, cold pressure-sensitive adhesives, and lamination. Additionally, we can apply adhesives in zones, which can be useful for windowed jobs as well as cost savings.
